solar energy is very good alternative energy!!!
it causes no pollution n it's unlimited!!!
this solar energy field is emerging n still to be established completely in india!!
n research is also goin on in india n in d world...
at max u can find some small houses which gets electricity from battery which is charged by solar energy.
u must have seen the snaps of such houses in news papers n magazines.
moreover a "solar power plant" has not been set up in india like thermal,hydrolic n nuclear power plants!!
however,solar energy is utilized in many industries on smaller scale.
dont know abt subsidaries but(FYI) transformer is not used to convert DC current to AC!!solar cell is basically modules of arrays of photo diodes.
when light(solar energy) is imparted on photo diode it emits current n using dat we can produce power.
however as i said d development is on primary scale,this field needs to be pushed forward.
to save environment n to save oil.

Why do we (indians) are less inclined to use Solar Energy.
& what is the eco-friendliness of solar cells? does it pollute the environment much?
we had a Solar Cooker, since '91, & we've used it long. but we dont use it since '98, after the death of my father.
recently, we got a Solar Water heater installed, & now, almost 24 hours we get hot water. & since we use sterilised (boiled) water, geting already hot water for boiling has also decreased our LPG consumption till some extent.

 

lack of knowledge and awareness
high initial investment
no serious step taken by govt.
not only solar energy in india we scarsly use any renewable resource of energy
spain has its 40% electricity production frm wind energy

A daily walking regime of not les than thirty minutes for six days a week reduces the overall mortality from these diseases by half! No wonder drug in this whole world has any benefit near this for sure! So the next time you see a chance to walk, dont hesistate, just go on walking. Remember brisk walking gives more benefit and duration of more than thirty is ideal. Walk on an empty stomach, preferably early morning after hydrating yourself, if needed during the walk as well and avoid food immediatly after the walk. The more you stick on to this daily walking regime, the more its beneficial to your overall fitness! If u just do things to make some one happy..
then wat would happen is, you will start compromising for everythig for the sake of others.. and in the process u will b taken for granted for anything and everything.. that doesnt mean that u shuld always be dominant or always be compromising.. it shuld be such that u shuld initially group the people around u as to with whom u can compromise.. with whom u think u r comfortable compromising.. and this i suppose will be a better option then rather just doing things to keep people HAPPy.. this is my opinion please feel free to let me know if anybody thinks that i am wrong..

life is a pilgrimage, it has to be conculded.......

Let us first know what all dog shows are about. The first condition of dog shows is that only pure bred dogs can participate in them. Your dog has to be registered with the Kennel Club of the country. For India the KCI is the main club and shows are organised by the clubs registered with KCI under the KCI Rules. For such shows only dogs registered with KCI are eligible for the show. In addition to KCI there are some other clubs too organising the shows. One has only to make ensure that he should with align with one of them only.
A dog show has two broad categories-one is the breed show and the other is the Obedience class (show). The breed show is like a beauty contest. Where dogs and bitches of different breeds participate. You must know that a pure bred dog has a defined breed standard. It is the objective of the breeder to produce progeny as close as possible to the standard. Such dogs are shown in the dog show and the participants and spectators learn a lot abt the breed. Therefore if possible one must visit a dog show and learn abt the breed he wants to keep. Apart fr beauty and good points of the breed u also learn the intricate details too, like Boxers look ferocious but they r the most frenly dogs etc. Each breed in the show is grouped into various classes as per the age and past show record of the entries. Dogs and bitches are paraded in separate classes. A dog winning a Challenge Certificate (CC) under 3 different judges in 3 diff shows becomes entitled for prefixing the title Champion with his name. Since each sex has several classes, judge selects by elimination and retains only the Ist prize winners for the final round of tht sex. Then out of all bitches he selects a best of breed and again out of all dogs a best opp sex or vice versa. Then on tht day as per the performance if the judge feels this dog or bitch is worth it he awards a CC too. More intricacies in next post. watch out.
